Abstract

“Culture” and “Civilization” are English terms which have some Urdu Synonyms like; Tehzeeb, Saqaafat and Tamaddun. In Urdu, Culture is used for personal merits and demerits. It is similar to art and fine arts as well as life style of a society. “Masnavi Sehr ul Bayaan” has all the cultural and social values the society of Lakhnow like; historical places, cultural values, social aspects, education, arts, Fine Arts etc. There are supernatural characters in it specially Feroz Shah and MAah Rukh Pari.
